AC Company in Lakeland | 2020 Overview – At the beginning of this year, CFHC had some really impressive goals to reach and we put a lot of time and effort to make it a reality.

As a business, we strongly believe in going above and beyond expectations. Not just for ourselves, but for our customers and community as well.

Although this year has been a struggle for many people, we are thankful to meet all of our goals in 2020. CHFC has been blessed with a supportive community and staff – we are very appreciative of that.

In return for the appreciation and trust we’ve received as a local business in Central Florida, we gave back to the community as much as we were able to.

CFHC donated over $5,000 to non-profit organizations such as Chaplaincy Care, JS Robinson, Strawberry Crest, Dream Center and Kathleen High School.

One of the most memorable events this year has been CFHC’s ability to help the community. Fortunately, we were able to install two air conditioners for two families who couldn’t afford the service or equipment. That’s what being a local business in the community means to us. If we can help, we’ll make sure we do what we can to take care of our own.

Amongst some business wins, CFHC has also learned to work through challenges. “Attitude reflects leadership and customers will never be happy if my employees are not.” – Angel Negron – CFHC Manager. That was a lesson learned this year that Central Florida Heating and Cooling will be applying internally as a fundamental principle to all of its employees.

We have enrolled 6 technicians through an apprenticeship program with Traviss Technical College in 2020. We believe that CFHC can provide more than just a job, but a career to those looking for a stable income and company.

With that being said, we continue to expand our services and hope to hire 2 more techs who can fit in with our company’s values. Other accomplishments include a steady increase in sales, a knowledgeable staff and additional commercial contracts.

With over 70 new HVAC units installed this year, multiple maintenance agreements and other commercial bid awards, we can remember 2020 as a great year!
